I wanted to take a moment to recognize a great job done by my friend Sandra Goodrich-Kopeck of TPI (Travel Professionals International). On my recent vacation to Jamaica, Sandra was very helpful from the start of the vacation process. I must have asked her a million questions and every time she would give me great answers. The only complaint I have is she didn’t throw in the extra free week that I wanted :). Sandra even found time to connect with us on our holiday to ensure we were having a great time.
I would highly recommend Sandals Resort Ocho Rios to anyone who is considering a trip. It blew my mind how amazing the staff treated myself and Karen.
I would also recommend Sandra if you are planning a vacation. Top notch service and she cares. Sandra even followed up when we got home to ask how our trip was.
